Funeral service for Debbie Chairess was Sunday, September 25, 2022, in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home of Snyder Chapel with Rev. Landon Warren, Pastor, Snyder First Baptist Church, officiating.
Private family interment will be held in the Roosevelt Cemetery at a later date.

Debbie Chairess, 63, of Snyder, passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at her home. She was born April 22, 1959, in Hobart. She married Michael Chairess on March 26, 1998, in Las Vegas, Nevada. She had recently retired from Southwest Oklahoma Juvenile Center in Manitou.

Debbie is survived by her beloved husband Michael Chairess of the home, her son JR McKelvy and wife Michelle of Marietta, daughter Amanda Treadwell and husband Jered of Lebanon, step-son Michael Chairess Jr. and wife Annette, her cousin and best friend, Leslie Rankin, four grandchildren: Sierra and Tyler McKelvy of Marietta, and Koby and Kylin Treadwell of Lebanon. She is also survived by brother and sisters, Chuck Benson of Snyder, Susan Denny of Altus and Janie Barnes of Altus.
She was preceded in death by her mother Katherine Swyden, her father Abe Swyden and her brother Jerry Benson.
