Sandra K. Morris

Funeral services were held for Sandra K. Morris on Monday, November 7 in the First Methodist Church of Ardmore with Dr. David Daniels officiating. Interment followed in Rose Hill Cemetery in Ardmore. Sandra was born on September 6, 1943, in Sulphur, OK to John B. and Mary Lou (Piet) Morris. She passed from this life on November 3 in Ardmore.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents and a son, John William Morris. Sandra attended Ardmore City Schools from the first through the 11th grade at the time the family moved to Snyder, where she graduated from High school in 1961. Sandra attended Murray State College in Tishomingo. She grew up in Ardmore where she met and married Waylan D. Morris on November 20, 1964 in the McClure Chapel at the First Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years 11 months and 3 days; son, Britt Morris of Ardmore; 7 grandchildren. In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to the First Methodist Church of Ardmore Building fund.
