Anthony "Nino" "Tony" C. Giletto passed away on April 14, 2024, at the home of his daughter in Snyder. He was born in Camden, New Jersey on February 13, 1928, to Agnese and Michele Giletto, first generation immigrants from Sicily. Tony attended Woodrow Wilson High School in Camden, graduating in 1946. He was drafted into the Army in 1950, fought in Korea, and received the Bronze Star and other decorations. He remained life-long friends with many of the 45th Infantry Division members from the Oklahoma National Guard in Anadarko, with whom he deployed to Korea.

After military service, Tony established and managed his own business for 30 years in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, married, and raised five daughters. He loved to travel and made many trips abroad with his wife, Marian, before her death in 1994. He devoted many hours and decades of service to the Knights of Columbus, the Knights of St. George, the Civic Association, and the preservation of lighthouses in New Jersey.

Due to declining health, Tony moved to Oklahoma in March 2022. He was preceded in death by all eight of his siblings, his wife, and one daughter, MaryAnn. Tony is survived by his daughters Maureen (Paul) Brinkman, Marie G. Koury, Melissa Small, and Michele (Brent) Ervin; five grandchildren: Kyle Brinkman, Justin Koury, Benjamin, Ryann, and Kaye Ervin; five great-grandchildren; and numerous loving nieces and nephews who looked out for him for the many years that he lived alone in the family home in Cherry Hill.
