Ollen Ray Brown

Funeral service for Ollen Ray Brown, age 81, of Mountain Park, was Friday, March 21, 2025, at the Jackson Funeral Home Chapel, 921 West Gladstone Avenue, Frederick, with Landon Warren, Pastor of First Baptist Church, Snyder, officiating. Burial was in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home. Mr. Brown passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at Ayers Nursing Home in Snyder.
Mr. Brown was born December 8, 1943, in Frederick, Oklahoma, to Otto Ray and Myrtle (White) Brown.  He attended Weaver Consolidated #13 School, west of Frederick.
Ollen was a farmer in Tillman County for many years and managed the farms for Supreme Feeder in Turpin, Oklahoma.  He was united in marriage to Nancy Chick on February 25, 1982, in Temple, Texas. He loved horses and was a good cattleman. He was a hard worker and built many metal buildings and installed metal roofs throughout the years.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Nancy Brown of the home; one son, Michael Brown and his wife Audra of Mountain Park; one granddaughter, Amber Brown of Snyder; one great-grandson, Kannon Brown of Snyder; one step-son, Shea Davis of Amarillo, Texas; one step-daughter, Mandy Davis of Blair; and one sister, Joyce Jackson of Saint Joe, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Robert Brown and Lester Brown; and three sisters, Francis Cox, Wanda Jo Brown, and Mary Helen Flores.
