Wilma Ann Johnston, 93, of Snyder, passed away Monday, June 16, 2025, at her home in Snyder surrounded by her loving family.  Wilma was born December 11, 1931, in Corn, to Jacob A. and Anna (Baergen) Ratzlaff.  After losing both of her parents at a young age, Wilma was raised by her older siblings.
Wilma married the love of her life, Coyt, on April 8, 1977, in Altus.  With the marriage, Wilma gained five grown children and a host of grandchildren. Coyt and Wilma called Pleasant Valley Airport, west of Snyder home for 48 years.
Wilma was a banker at First State Bank of Altus for over 35 years before retiring.  After retiring from banking, Coyt and Wilma operated a professional rodeo sound system company and traveled all over Texas and Oklahoma providing sound and music at rodeo events for many years until their full retirement.
Wilma had great skills in sewing, quilting and embroidery. She also enjoyed arts and crafts, especially creating custom handmade holiday and birthday cards for her kids, grandkids, and great- grandkids.  She loved watching her birds and hummingbirds daily and also tending to her flower garden.
Wilma was an avid OKC Thunder, Oklahoma Sooner, Oklahoma State, and Dallas Cowboys fan.  Her family knew not to call her during game times!
Wilma is survived by four children: Randy Johnston and wife Tricy of Dallas, Texas, Devon Johnston of Belle Vista, Arkansas, Pete Johnston of Lawton, and Patti Mountford and husband Ray of Snyder; 17 grandchildren: Jessica Jager, Coyt Johnston, Meredith Johnston, Vanessa Borton, Brett Johnston, Abigail Orosz, Morgan McCue, Rick Kelley, Kirina Kelley, Veronica Sierro, Crystal Johnston, Leanetia Kyle, Kaitlynn Johnston, Shawn Johnston, Angie Woodward, Andrea Head, Nick Mountford and their spouses, 21 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
