Celebration of Life for Charlene Bower

Melissa Bower Hayslip and Allison Bower Patrick want to let friends and family of Charlene Bower know that a Celebration of Life is planned for their mother on Saturday, March 21, 2026 from 2 – 4 p.m. at the Federal Housing Community Center in Snyder. 
They would like to celebrate Charlene Bower’s life by sharing desserts together and sharing memories of the time spent with her. So please bring a favorite dessert and a favorite memory and join them in celebrating their mother’s life.
